Corrected entry: When the ship crashes, Anakin says, "If you'd (you had) hit that second fighter..." But Obi Wan did hit it. He meant to say, "If you hadn't..."

Star Wars: The Clone Wars (2008)
Corrected entry: Jar Jar finds Anakin and says, "Meesa so happy to see you." But in Attack of the Clones, when Jar Jar saw Obi-Wan and Anakin, he said, "Meesa so happy to see yousa."
Correction: How could something as simple as having variations in one's speech be a mistake? Especially considering the plot of the series occurring after the Attack of the Clones, in which Jar Jar surely could have gotten more used to speaking in a more formal manner, being among the senators.

Friends (1994)
The One With The Cake - S10-E4
Corrected entry: When Monica Geller tries to get a rematch on the race, Chandler Bing says they left -- but no door sound was heard.
Correction: Just because you don't hear a door close doesn't mean it didn't. They were playing a game and cheering and carrying on so it is perfectly conceivable that people could leave without being noticed.
Plus they probably shut the door very quietly so no one would notice them leaving.

Doctor Who (2005)
Corrected entry: When the Weeping Angels are trapping The Doctor, just before he gets grabbed by one, you can see one move its hand to grab him. (00:11:35)
Correction: If the Doctor wasn't looking at the Angel then it was able to move.

Doctor Who (2005)
Corrected entry: The Weeping Angels return for a cameo in this episode, but the Doctor says they are not real. In "The Time Of Angels" it reveals that the image of an angel becomes an angel, so they should become real.
Correction: It would only be real if the Angel is real. Like if it was an illusion of an Angel, the properties of the Angel would not be realized. Not even a drawing would suffice, it would have to be an actual image of an Angel.

Transformers: Dark of the Moon (2011)
Corrected entry: When Sam has his last job interview there's a globe next to the boss. There are some binoculars on top of the globe and throughout the scene they keep disappearing and reappearing.
Correction: The binoculars are behind the globe on their own stand that's why when the scene goes back and forth they aren't in some of the shots - depends entirely on the angle.

The One After Ross Says Rachel - S5-E1
Corrected entry: At the point where Monica Geller shows Joey the DVD, it's not a DVD but a board to show Matt Leblanc his lines (note him moving his eyebrows).
Correction: Conjecture. Joey is a "dim bulb" and he is reacting to the situation. There is no indication that Matt LeBlanc would need cheatsheets to remember his lines.

Friends (1994)
Corrected entry: In most episodes at any point in Joey's apartment, the amount of CDs in the CD rack keeps changing.
Correction: How on earth is that a mistake?? My CD collection changed innumerable times over the course of 10 years.

Transformers: Dark of the Moon (2011)
Corrected entry: When Sam Witwicky has his last job interview a woman starts looking at the camera crew.
Correction: She could be looking at anything that's offscreen. There's no indication that it's the camera crew.

Correction: The fighter that Anakin refers to, which collided with their stolen shuttle and caused the damage that results in them crashing, was in fact not shot down by Obi-Wan beforehand. The dialogue is in fact perfectly accurate to what happened.
