Revealing mistake: There is a shot of Batman driving the Batmobile around town late at night looking for The Penguin. In this shot, look at the cars parked at the side of the road. They are miniatures as well as the rest of the shot.

Question: Is the fact that the penguins that pull Oswald Cobblepot to his watery grave are obviously not real penguins count as a mistake? They blend well into the background throughout the course of the movie up until this point where it is blatantly obvious.

Visible crew/equipment: A wire can be seen attached to Oswald Cobblepot as his penguins slide him into the water after he dies.
