Scream 4

Revealing mistake: In the final shot of the film, Jill's head moves slightly when she's supposed to be dead.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Jill and Charlie are revealed as the killers, Jill is holding a knife to Sidney's throat and a gun in her left hand as she explains her motive. When Jill and Charlie are getting ready to stab each other, the shot changes and Charlie hands Jill the knife, even though she just had it in her hand pointing it at Sidney.

Continuity mistake: When Sidney is in Olivia's room right after she killed, Sidney is holding onto the very bloody door frame, getting a little on her hands. The next shot when she picks up the phone, seconds later, there is no blood to be seen on her.

Trivia: While the film is primarily written by "Scream" and "Scream 2" writer Kevin Williamson, due to a hectic production schedule, "Scream 3" writer Ehren Kruger was brought on to do some last-minute rewrites during filming. However, Kruger chose to go uncredited, as he mainly worked on "polishing up" scenes originally written by Williamson.

Trivia: When Deputy Perkins is pretending to be dead in the squad car, Deputy Hoss reveals Perkins' first name to be "Anthony". Anthony Perkins was the name of the actor who played Norman Bates, the killer in the original "Psycho".

Trivia: In the beginning, one of the girls mentions how bad the Saw series is. Erik Knudsen (who plays Robbie Mercer) was in Saw 2 as Matthew.

Question: When Charlie stabbed Kirby, just as he walks away, did she say, "f*ck", or am i hearing things?

Answer: Well. She must have whispered it ultra quiet, because I heard squat. It's not on the subtitles, either.

Alan Keddie

Chosen answer: Yes, she does say it.

Question: In the final shot, we see Jill's head move a little. Was that suppose to let the viewers know that she's alive or was it just a mistake?

Chosen answer: I personally submitted this as a revealing mistake. There is no official statement from Wes Craven or anyone else involved in the making of the movie about it being deliberate. So in my eyes, it's a mistake.

Question: When Jill and Kirby were watching "Shaun of the Dead", and Ghostface calls them, how did he know they were watching that?

Chosen answer: Remember that Jill and Charlie were the killers and were working together. Therefore, Jill probably told Charlie the film they were planning on watching. Meaning when he called Kirby he knew what she and Jill were watching, which makes the killer more sinister and omnipresent.
