The Little Girl Who Lives Down the Lane (1976)
Directed by: Nicolas Gessner
Starring: Jodie Foster, Martin Sheen, Alexis Smith, Mort Shuman
Continuity mistake: When Frank Hallet first enters Rynn's house, he leaves muddy footprints all over the floor. The footprints are gone in later shots.

Continuity mistake: When Mrs. Hallet goes to retrieve the rubber seals from the cellar, she opens the trap door and the diagonal wood creates "Z" bracing; but in the next shot, as Hallet heads down the stairs, the diagonal wood cross brace is now attached to the door in the opposite direction, making a backwards "Z" bracing. None are flipped shots. (00:27:30)
Mario: Somebody's out there.
Rynn: How old do you have to be before people start treating you like a person?
Mario: But what about school?
Rynn: School is having people tell you what life is and never finding out by yourself.
