Trivia: In this episode, the Boston Strong Girl is played by a man and the female voice that is dubbed in belongs to Linda Kay Henning; daughter of creator/producer Paul Henning and was at the time starring in Petticoat Junction as Betty Jo. She would also dub the voice of Jethrine whenever Max Baer played the role of Jethro's twin sister.

Trivia: The Clampett's truck was a 1920's Oldsmobile built farm flatbed. It was used throughout the series as a symbol of their independence and self-reliance.
