Factual error: When Tom is locked up in an institution for the mentally ill, he is given a bed on a mixed gender ward/wing (both men and women). Wings and wards in mental institutions have not been mixed gender for more than 100 years - it is inconceivable that this practice would be existing in the 1990s in a large city in the USA.

Nowhere Man (1995)
Starring: Bruce Greenwood, Megan Gallagher, Marvin LaRoy Sanders

Continuity mistake: When Tom initially breaks into his studio, the "Hidden Agenda" photograph has a plaque underneath it. When he returns later with Dr. Bellamy, the plaque has disappeared.
Audio problem: The scene where Tom goes to his home, to be confronted by his wife, the dog, and another man holding a shotgun. The other man has just told Tom that either he walks away or he gets shot in the leg. There is then the sound of the dog growling for several seconds, but the dog's mouth/muzzle isn't moving, and it isn't growling.
Trivia: Intended to be a homage to the cult TV shows "The Fugitive" and "The Prisoner."
Thomas Veil: Soon, all my memories will be gone. Without ceasing to breathe, I will cease to exist.
Dave 'Eddie' Powers: You don't have any friends. Everything they give you they can take back. Everything you thought you had, you don't.
Thomas Veil: The truth is unforgiving, don't shoot the messenger.
