Continuity mistake: When Brittany Murphy writes down the number on the glass she writes it backwards because that's how she sees it in her mind. Watch closely, though, and you'll see a perfectly normal 2 which isn't written as a mirror image of 5. Later, when Michael Douglas realizes this catch, he looks at the piece of glass again, this time from the other side, and the 2 has turned into a 5, which apparently was written in a different style. Revealing mistake: When Mike Douglas makes Dr. Sacks answer his cell phone, you can see that Sacks is wearing a wedding band although he wasn't married.
Visible crew/equipment: When Aggie tells Dr Conrad to call the police after he discovers Jessie has been taken, a boom mic can be seen bobbing into view 3 times in the shot where Koster is telling Dr Conrad he has his daughter.
Nathan Conrad: Does she have a new hiding place that I don't know about?
Aggie Conrad: Probably... she's been running around the house like a wild cat all week.
Jessie Conrad: Where were you tonight?
Nathan Conrad: I was working.
Jessie Conrad: Why?
Nathan Conrad: Well, because I was helping a young girl.
Jessie Conrad: Oh well all right but that's going to cost ya.
Nathan Conrad: Alright what's it going to be?
Jessie Conrad: One hug, two kisses.
