Plot hole: Kyle got a flat tire and there was no cell phone reception to call for help, so he and Julia decided to walk to the Ghost Town. However, almost all vehicles - especially a relatively new SUV like Kyle's - have a spare tire. Kyle surely had a spare and could have at least tried to change the tire himself. (When Kyle saw his damaged tire, he complained that it was a $300 loss, not that he did not have a spare tire with him). (00:04:55)

Revealing mistake: Each time Julia lifted the roof window on the camper, it was flush with the roof (like a sun or moon roof). However, two individual shots of that area showed a raised section about a foot high with two windows on one side - totally different from the flat roof window. An aerial view of the roof did not indicate that these were in different areas of the roof. (00:52:20 - 00:55:03)

Continuity mistake: The choke chain collar on Mr. Bojangles was pulled snug against his neck with several inches of the chain hanging, then ends of the choke chain were hanging around his neck as loosely as possible (similar to wearing a necklace). A little later, Mr. Bojangles' choke chain was pulled snug against his neck like earlier - but choke chain collars do not tighten on their own. (00:35:05 - 00:36:08)
