Cheat: In the starting phase, when asked to choose a logo and name for your company, use the standard Bullfrog logo with white background, and set company name to "Mike's Team" (with apostrophe). This allows you to have all upgrades, weapons and equipment ready at the start of the game, as well as allowing you to select any mission you want instead of doing them in the pre-set order.
