In the level A Show of Force, Bond has to drive the Q-Bike. It seems that this bike came from nowhere, as it wasn't there the first time he went to the safe house, and 003 was already captured. No one could have put it there.
When Bond is at MI6 Headquarters, M tells him that Nikolai Diavolo's teacher was Max Zorin, to which Bond replies, "Yes, we once played bridge together. He lost." This is a reference to the climax of the Bond film "A View to a Kill" (1985), in which Bond fights Zorin atop the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, resulting in Zorin falling from the bridge to his death.
