Stupidity: In "House Of Sticks" insurance investigator Jack Kelso discovers a taped meeting of the heads of the Redevelopment Fund. This would be incredibly stupid of them leaving this crucial evidence lying around for anyone to find.
Plot hole: In "The Set Up" it's never explained how Carlos Arquero could tail Candy Edwards to the bus station without being seen by Phelps or Earle, much less how he got in the ladies' room to kill her.
