Continuity mistake: After Batman shoots Reverse Flash through the head, Flash rushes over to Batman and catches him before he falls over from his wounds. As Flash is lying him down slowly, there is no blood on Batman's face. It then cuts to a close up as Batman reaches up to pull off his mask and there is suddenly blood on his lips and chin.
Continuity mistake: After Aquaman finds Orm dead and sees the carnage of the battle, Wonder Woman comes up behind him and stabs his back with her sword. He falls to his knees and she walks around in front of him, and as she does you can see there is no blood on her sword. But then she holds the sword to his neck in a close up and suddenly the sword is covered in Aquaman's blood.
Continuity mistake: After dodging a low attack, Wonder Woman jumps into the air and slashes down at Aquaman with her sword. Aquaman raises his trident and blocks the attack, but is only holding the trident with one hand. It cuts to a close up and instantly Aquaman is two handing the trident.
Continuity mistake: After catching the rocket and saving Cyborg and Batman from it, Superman turns and drops the exploded rocket and begins lifting into the air. It cuts to a wide angle as Superman is hovering above the ground, and the rocket he just dropped is nowhere to be seen.
Continuity mistake: When Barry is looking at the gun case in the Batcave, a cork board is visible in the background covered in raggedy playing cards. The one to the left of the center Joker card has blood on it, a lot of it around the bottom right corner of it. Later when Batman looks at the cards, the blood on that card is significantly less. There is also a card to the right of the Joker card that is torn with no blood on it. But in the close up when Batman is looking at it, that card now has a large blood spot in the center. The card symbols on the cards are also closer together, the cards above the Joker are significantly less damaged, and change from suit of hearts to a different suit. The entire board seems different. A few shots later, the cards above the Joker card are back to hearts again.

Character mistake: One of the top most taboo things for a super hero to do is reveal any aspect of another hero's identity to someone, especially a villain. But when Flash is trapped by the gray adhesive and the other Justice League members are about to take the villains away to disarm the bombs, Flash tells Green Lantern "Hal, go", calling Green Lantern by his first name right in front of Mirror Master.
Continuity mistake: When Wonder Woman is interrogating Steve Trevor, other Amazons are standing around her. Between shots when another Amazon appears, some of the Amazons' sword sheaths and other items on them change coloration. The one on the far right first has a gray sheath with a yellow tip, which then changes to solid yellow. Her collar also changes from yellow to black. And the one closest to Wonder Woman has a sheath that goes from a gray with yellow tip to a solid gray. The Amazon closest to the camera also has a quiver for her arrows. It changes from yellow to brown. And the one between the one with the yellow quiver and the one on the far right is wearing a white skirt with a black band around the waist. The band turns yellow.
Continuity mistake: Wonder Woman tries to stab Captain Thunder with her dagger and just breaks it on his chest. She then has to drop the broken blade to catch his fist as he tries to punch her. She then uses both her hands to use her Lasso of Truth to make him say shazam and break his form. The lightning bolt hits her and she flies off him as he reverts back to 6 children. As she stands up, the broken dagger is suddenly in her hand again.
Continuity mistake: On Batman's plane, Flash walks up to Batman's seat, places his left arm on the top of it, stretches out his right arm to the side and says "Bruce's Batplane was a little more... stoic." It cuts to a close up of Batman and suddenly Flash's right arm is crossed with his left arm and his hand on his arm. It is still like that when it cuts away again.
Factual error: Superman begins shooting his super intense heat vision at the soldiers attacking him and the other heroes. His vision cuts boats in half, and incinerates the soldiers into ash in an instant. The lasers from his eyes are super strength, with him not yet knowing how to hold any of it back or shut it off, and it is going through the soldiers and boats. Yet the vision leaves no damage at all to the ground the soldiers were standing on, nor does it create any steam when going across the water cutting boats in half.
Continuity mistake: Batman and Cyborg have their backs to the tunnel they just came from and are shooting at the boats in front of them. Some soldiers come out of the tunnel behind them and fire a rocket in their direction. Superman suddenly jumps in and catches the rocket and it explodes. The blast knocks Batman over the rock he was hiding behind so he is on the boats' side of it, not the tunnel's side. But moments later when he is getting up and twp solders are rushing him, he is suddenly back on the side he came from, just before Superman vaporizes the soldiers with his heat vision.
Continuity mistake: After rescuing Superman, Cyborg, Batman and Flash step out into the open and are quickly confronted by several heavily armed boats full of government people. There are boats in front of the four of them and none to the side. But when Cyborg steps forward saying he can resolve this peacefully, two boats suddenly appears to their left slightly behind them. Then when the shooting starts, those two boats vanish.
Continuity mistake: Wonder Woman stands on top of Captain Thunder and uses her Lasso of Truth to force him to say Shazam, breaking his transformation and turning him back into the 6 kids. This causes lighting to come down and strikes Wonder Woman, sending her flying and sliding across the ground. When she comes to a stop, her hair is draped over her head. The next shot, she begins lifting her head and her hair is suddenly behind her head down her back again.
Continuity mistake: As Batman makes his entrance into the Flash museum, he does so by busting through a skylight window. As it breaks and he somersaults down, you can see a load of large chunks of glass and metal framing falling all around Batman. But moments later when he lands, only a few small shards hit the ground around him.
Continuity mistake: As Cyborg is opening the door to Superman's cell, several layers of blast doors open one at a time. The last one to open you see for a moment as it begins to slide, you can see the room beyond through it in red. It then cuts to the other side and suddenly there is yet another layer of door that is opening by just sliding to the right, preventing any possibility of a view seen less than a second before.
Continuity mistake: When Reverse Flash stabs Flash in the leg with a piece of rebar, Flash is on a small pile of rubble. He takes the bar out and drops it on the rubble. But then it cuts to a different angle as Reverse Flash continues to assault Flash, and suddenly Flash is in a different location, with no piles of rubble in his immediate area.
Factual error: After Lex Luthor and Deathstroke step out onto the deck of Deathstroke's ship, Ravager and begin talking, Aquaman's sub surfaces and smacks into the Ravager and it shakes violently and lurches. Yet the crew, Lex, and Deathstroke stand perfectly still just moving their arms around a bit. An impact on a ship like that would send all people standing up falling everywhere with no balance.
Plot hole: After Reverse Flash saves Lois Lane and kills all the Amazons that were attacking her, he disappears, just before a group of resistance fighters shows up. They know that they didn't take out any of the Amazons, it's obvious that Lois didn't kill them, yet the resistance members show no concern as to who was responsible. The war involves three separate groups, the resistance, the Amazons and the Atlanteans, each of whom is equally hostile to the other two. As such, the resistance cannot assume that whoever killed the Amazons must be an ally and let their guard down, as it could easily have been an Atlantean force, who would make no distinction between the Amazons and the resistance and would attack them on sight. An experienced resistance team would not be so casual about the situation.
Continuity mistake: During their fight, Aquaman gets off a good kick on Wonder Woman and sends her flying backwards. She hits the ground and starts sliding. She goes between two other Amazons before stopping. It cuts to a close up and suddenly the Amazon on her right that she slid past is suddenly where she has not slid past her yet.
Continuity mistake: While hiding from the Amazons under the bridge, Lois Lane hides by a purple car. There is an upturned blue car on the opposite side of the bridge there as well. This car disappears when the Amazons jump down to her and reappears again in the scene, also changing position a few times.
Other mistake: In the flashback of Bruce Wayne getting killed, his mother is cradling his body and weeping. She has his blood all over her hand from touching his wound. She rakes her fingers across his shoulder and down his chest with her bloody fingers, leaving no trail of blood, but when she places that same bloody hand on her face it leaves blood all over her face and mouth.
Continuity mistake: After fighting for a brief few seconds, Black Manta kills Deathstroke by burning a hole through his chest with his heat vision. Deathstroke falls right next to Lex Luthor as his chest sizzles and his swords fall around him to. A couple shots later as Black Manta is picking Lex up, Deathstroke's body and swords have vanished.
Continuity mistake: On the deck of the Ravager, there is a large flak cannon that one of Deathstroke's men turns on Aquaman's forces. One of Aquaman's men destroys this flak cannon into a large ball of fire. Then a guy stands back up and turns into Clayface and begins absorbing some of the enemies. Orm uses his staff to obliterate this guy and behind him is shown where the cannon was. There is no fire, debris, or any sign of the destroyed flak cannon.
Continuity mistake: As Lex Luthor is discussing the shockwave epicenter with Deathstroke, he places his finger on the computer screen about an inch away from the Epicenter blip down to the left just as the orange moving blip begins going across the screen again. The orange blip makes it almost to his finger before it cuts to a close up of the screen. Now suddenly Lex's finger is much further away from the epicenter blip and sliding to the right, with the orange blip in front of his finger.
Continuity mistake: After Wonder Woman snares Steve Trevor with the lasso and begins interrogating him, the other Amazons that were chasing him walk up in front of Wonder Woman. There are 5 Amazons there, including Wonder Woman. A few shots later when she's holding Steve up, a 6th Amazon girl suddenly appears with the other 4 that were in front of Wonder Woman, standing almost behind Wonder Woman but to the side.
Continuity mistake: When Steve Trevor is running from the Amazons in the destroyed Big Ben, he leaps from a ledge and crashes through several boards on the way down as he shoots back up at the Amazons. When he hits, he rolls to his feet with broken boards all around him and several arrows hit the ground that the Amazons fired. When he takes off running and shoots back at them again, you can see the Amazons jump down to that very same spot before Wonder Woman's lasso catches Steve. The broken boards and the arrows have vanished.
Continuity mistake: When Barry enters the Wayne mansion, he goes to a large grandfather clock to move it out of the way, gaining access to the Batcave. As he walks up on the clock, the glass on it has no visible imperfections except being covered in dust. It cuts to a close up of the clock as Barry begins pushing it aside and suddenly there are scratches and smudges all over the glass.
Factual error: When the rest of the Justice League arrive at the Flash Museum, Captain Atom vaporizes a section of the wall to allow him and some others to enter. The hole shows 3 layers to the wall, the inner wall, the outer wall, and a middle apparently metal center section. There are several circle like spots around the hole in the center part of the wall. They are all perfectly round, despite being in any given direction around the circumference of the opening. This is wrong. The circles would be caused by structural bars inserted in the layer, and they would all have been either vertical or horizontal, and thus the circles would not be circles all the way around, but changing to elongated and shorter depending on where they were on the opening. Yet all are perfectly round. This would mean that the all the bars were in all different directions and converging in the center of where Atom just happened to make the hole, which would never be the case.
Continuity mistake: There is a large Flash symbol on the wall where Flash is trapped. The distance between this symbol and the ceiling changes a few times in the scene. It also changes position in relation to the display case Reverse Flash is trapped against several times in the scene.
Continuity mistake: There are some large cracks on the wall left from when Captain Boomerang pinned Flash to the wall for a moment. When the gray adhesive traps Flash against the same wall again, the bottom most crack is to the right of his head. Then when Flash begins vibrating his arm to throw the adhesive and the bomb at Reverse Flash, the crack is suddenly on his left side. It switches back and forth during the scene.
00:05:00 - 00:06:25Quantom X
Continuity mistake: After freeing himself from the wall where he was pinned with boomerangs, Flash takes off as Captain Boomerang and Captain Cold continue to attack him. Cold shoots ice on at him that gets on the wall. A few moments later when Flash hits that wall again after his foot is frozen, the ice that Cold put on the wall moments before has vanished.
Continuity mistake: At his mother's grave after his wife tells him he was just a boy, Barry Allen raises his right hand and says he might have been able to stop it. There is no ring on his hand at that point. Then when he takes off running after his device alerts him to a break in at the Flash Museum, there is suddenly his ring on his right middle finger, out of which he pulls his costume.
Continuity mistake: After opening the door at his mom's house, young Barry is shown in a close up of his face. A white fence is seen behind him with red bushes all around the front of it. Moments later when the camera is pulling back in a different shot to show his mother's corpse, the same fence is visible, but now with no bushes in front of it.
Continuity mistake: After he gets his powers back, Flash takes off to try and time jump with speed. He fails and trips, sliding to a grinding stop out in the open desert. The shot from the side of him on the ground shows him lying on rolling "sand waves" and looks rather smooth with no vegetation around him except some cacti in the distance. The shot then cuts to an over head view as he sits up and starts to weep in desperation. Suddenly the rolling sand is now a dried cracked dirt and there are bushes and more cacti around him.
Continuity mistake: After Reverse Flash stabs Flash in the leg with a rebar, and Flash retaliates by smashing a rock in Reverse Flash's face, watch Flash's hand. There is a rip in his costume on his right hand over his index finger knuckle when it cuts to a close up of him reaching for the rebar. But the previous shot shows no rip on his hand.
Continuity mistake: When Flash goes around the decapitated statue of himself in the Flash museum, he stops and you can see a glass door behind him that is broken. The bottom-most part of the break is not to the bottom of the door frame, but a few inches to half a foot away. It then cuts to a view of his feet, and you see the same door behind him. Now the bottom part of the break in the glass is now right at the bottom of the door frame.
Continuity mistake: Reverse Flash smacks Flash over to the edge of a building. The building is heavily damaged from the war and crumbling. The edge is broken off and jagged, but averages out to a straight line. A few moments later, when Reverse Flash puts his foot on Flash, the broken edge of the building has become much more jagged and uneven.
Continuity mistake: After Reverse Flash stabs Flash in the leg with the broken rebar, Flash picks up a rock and slams Reverse Flash in the face with it. In the wide shot of this, the rebar is a solid gray bar. It then cuts to a closer shot as Flash grabs it, and suddenly there are screw like lines swirling around it.
Continuity mistake: Reverse Flash stabs Flash in the leg with a broken rebar. In the side shot, Flash throws his head back. It cuts to a close up of Flash, and he throws his head back again and screams. It cuts several times between a close up and a side shot at this point. In the side shots, Flash has his lips open, but gritting his teeth hard. In the close ups, Flash's mouth is wide open.
Continuity mistake: As Superman is escorting Reverse Flash down the steps of the museum, you can see the top part of Reverse Flash's red lighting symbol over lying the black circle and extending up into the yellow of his suit a few inches. It then cuts to a different angle and the tip of it is barely a few millimeters above the black circle. Also between shots, the bottom yellow triangle part below the S on Superman's chest suddenly gets much larger.
Continuity mistake: Just before Aquaman can stab Cyborg's heart, Superman cuts off his arm with laser vision and it falls to the ground beside him with the trident. A little later when Cyborg dies and Superman is kneeling beside him, it cuts to a wide angle. Aquaman's arm and trident are nowhere to be seen. It was not blown away by Superman's breath either.
Continuity mistake: Reverse Flash knocks Flash back and he is next to the edge of a building, his arm hanging over the side. Flash sees Grifter get killed and tries to get up, but Reverse Flash presses him back down with his foot. Flash is still right next to the edge of the destroyed building. The Reverse Flash zooms around behind Flash, and suddenly there is at least a good 2 feet between Flash and the edge. Moments later, Reverse Flash kicks Flash and he goes over to the edge again.
Continuity mistake: While Batman is fighting Black Manta, he dives over as the bad guy blows a car into the air. The car is a light blue color and falls over on Batman. The next shot as Black Manta is walking towards it, the car has turned to a light orange color. Moments later when Batman crawls out of that car, it is back to being light blue. The car it lies on also changes from purple to orange.
Continuity mistake: After crushing the skull of an Amazon, Black Manta who shoots concentrated heat vision turns his attention to Batman. There is a purple car beside him. A couple shots later before he blasts at Batman, the car has turned black, and moved a lot further away from him.
Continuity mistake: While fighting in the building, Wonder Woman gets up from some rubble and throws Aquaman through a wall leaving a hole. She then chases after him and they talk for a moment before suddenly Flash comes in and starts pounding on Aquaman. Cyborg then blasts Wonder Woman backwards. She flies at the very same wall, but now there's no hole and she makes a new one going through it. You can tell that it is the same wall as when she and Aquaman went through it the first time, her back was to the wall. She never changed positions or location at all until Cyborg comes in, and he blasts her straight backwards.
Continuity mistake: At the meteor crater in Metropolis, Flash and Batman are standing very close to the edge of the roof of a building. A few shots later, they are about twice as far from the edge. And then there is suddenly enough room for Cyborg to land between them and the edge, and Flash be able to take a few steps forward towards Cyborg.
Continuity mistake: After Barry wakes up in bandages with third degree burns all over him, there is a spot of blood on his chest below his left shoulder. A good amount of the blood stain overlaps a line dividing two strands of the bandage. Moments later when he sits up, the blood is barely above that line at all. Later when Barry is sitting in the chair again, that same stain has completely changed shape. Other patches of blood on him also change.
00:36:20 - 00:38:00Quantom X
Continuity mistake: Barry is looking at a picture of the Wayne family before Batman punches him away. Barry is knocked to the left towards a bed. The photo was positioned so it was facing to the right. A few shots later when Batman is holding Barry by his collar, the angle shows them by the bed and the camera is behind the table the photo was on. But the photo is facing the camera. At this position of the camera and photo compared to previously when Batman punched Barry, the photo should have been facing away from the camera.
00:20:40 - 00:21:20Quantom X
Continuity mistake: As Barry is in the Batcave, he looks at a gun in a case and says "What happened to you, Bruce? You were the James Bond of superheroes." The camera pans over to a picture frame and you can see behind it there is a beer bottle. But a couple shots later from a different angle, the beer bottle suddenly changes positions behind the photo.
Continuity mistake: After the guy wakes Barry up and hands him some coffee, he says he doesn't mean to interrupt Barry's beauty sleep, and Lord knows he needs it. In the middle of this sentence, Barry is holding the cup close to his face, but stops short of taking a drink and looks up at the guy who handed it to him. It then cuts to a close up and suddenly Barry has the cup to his mouth taking a drink.
Continuity mistake: As Superman is escorting Reverse Flash out of the museum and down the stairs, Reverse Flash is in front of Superman, but adjacently to his right. The shot cuts to over Flash and Batman's view as Superman and Reverse Flash stop walking, and now Reverse Flash is almost totally in front of Superman.
Continuity mistake: Flash uses a speed boost of energy in his arm to fling the gray adhesive substance at Reverse Flash, slamming him into a glass display case and trapping him to it. The glass of the case breaks and cracks and the cracks around Reverse Flash's head are quite large. But after Batman makes his entrance and grabs Citizen Cold, that shot shows the cracks a lot smaller and shorter. They are back the way they were in following shots.
Continuity mistake: Reverse Flash places a bomb on the gray adhesive substance that he has trapped Flash in next to Flash's head. From the side angle in that shot, it shows it right above his shoulder. But a couple shots later when Flash begins vibrating his arm at super speeds, the bomb is suddenly much further to the right, away from his head.
Continuity mistake: Flash throws the explosive tops back at The Top who is standing on top of the headless statue. The arms of the statue are in a heroic pose with fists at his hips. The wrists are not bent. When the tops explode, the statue's right arm falls off. Moments later, Flash runs by this arm. The arm is now a left arm, as you can tell by the position of the hand to elbow and the thumb's placement, and suddenly the wrist is bent in a muscle flexing pose.
Continuity mistake: When Flash zooms into the Flash Museum, he circles around a statue of himself and stops back in front of it. The statue's decapitated head is shown approximately 6 to 9 feet away from him, and there is only a little bit of debris around his feet. The shot cuts to some explosive tops landing at his feet and suddenly he is much closer to the statue's head, being now about 2 or 3 feet away from it, and there is much more debris around his feet.
Continuity mistake: Attempting to hitchhike, young Barry is running along the side of the road yelling at a car passing by. One shot shows his feet next to the road for several seconds with him not passing buy anything. The next shot is him running away from the camera, followed by a close up of his face as he runs. During this time, he never passes a vehicle or anything but open road to his left. Yet his mom suddenly reaches her hand out from off camera and grabs him, and the shot cuts to a wide angle and suddenly he and her are standing just a few feet away from their broken down car. Yet Barry was running along several yards of clear road and never passed anything. The car and his mother just appeared.
Revealing mistake: In Flashpoint Batman's first scene, he is shown fighting Yo-Yo. At one point during the fight she wraps a rope around his neck and tries to strangle him. At the end of the fight, he takes the rope off his neck. The rope goes through his neck when he does this.
Continuity mistake: After Flash fixes the timeline, he is back in Bruce's Batcave and gives Bruce a letter from his father. Bruce is working at a station and his utility belt is there as he is working on it. When the camera pulls back before Flash runs off, his utility belt vanishes.
Factual error: Batman shoots Reverse Flash in the head, and the camera pans up to show the hole through his head with Batman on the other side. The hole's entrance and exit wounds are the same size. A bullet wound would never be like that. As the bullet passes through flesh, it pushes flesh before it, making the wound bigger and bigger the deeper it goes. The exit wound is always quite a bit bigger than the entrance. The exit wound does almost appear larger from this shot, but that is just the illusion of the wound coming towards the camera.
Other mistake: Cyborg confronts Batman about throwing Yo-Yo off the roof and then turns on a hologram projector in his arm to show other super heroes. There is a beam emitted from his arm generating the holographic images. We then see him turn the beam off, yet the holograms remain and they have a conversation with them.
Factual error: Young Barry discovers the murder scene of his mother and stands in shock in the doorway. The light fades showing the transition from day to night and there are forensic scientists around the scene and cops analyzing it and asking people questions. Barry is still shown there at the door watching as his mother is put into a body bag. The police would not have kept him there to see that and would have taken him away to be questioned as soon as the place became a crime scene. Barry would most likely have been the one to call the police about the murder, meaning he would have had to return to that spot, so the police would have taken him away. And even if someone else called and Barry stayed in that exact same spot, trauma councilors would have been called to come and take him away for counseling. Either way, Barry would not have still been at the scene at this time.
Continuity mistake: After Young Barry's mom grabs him by the shirt, the camera angle shows their broken down car by the road. A few shots later as Barry takes off running towards the gas station, the distance between the road and the car has increased by about double. The patches of grass around the car also change around between shots.
