The movie cuts to a different moment in a montage for a moment, then back to Tony and the girl. Suddenly he is jumping up from between her legs and screaming and runs out of the bathroom really quick. What was that all about?

Continuity mistake: During the first scene of the movie where Frank and Tony are negotiating a drug deal with Fitz, the length of the cigarette in Fitz's hand keeps changing between shots, sometimes shorter, sometimes longer.
