Continuity mistake: At the start of the film Christopher Reeve is being chased by a German on a Motorcycle. The Motorcycle used is a Jawa 350 two stroke, but they dubbed a four stroke sound on top. When the chase goes off-road the Motorcycle then transforms into a Motocross Motorcycle. (00:02:00)

Factual error: Johnnie Dodge wears no medal ribbons. Even if the real Dodge had not had the DSO, DSC and MC, it would be inconceivable that a major who had fought in two world wars would have no campaign ribbons.
