9.6/10. I used to joke this movie was about my older brother. But more and more I realized it was about me. It's funny and clever and pokes delightful fun at the PC crowd. I like Ned, his upbeat optimism, his sense of fair play, his basic decency and trust in people. All things we take for granted or lack today. Here, they remind you how relevant these traits are still today in 2026 if you watch this now. I enjoy it a lot and especially like it when Ned finally loses his cool and lets out his anger like we all should when pushed too far especially by family and friends. A pretty darn good movie. It's worth your time as well as money to buy a copy of it.

Character mistake: In the scene where Ned talks to Janet after getting out of prison, she says "Jared this is what happens..." His name is Ned, not Jared. (00:08:00)
