Question: Why was Clyde still activating the latest bomb when he had already taught Nick the lesson not to make deals with criminals? That was his whole point he wanted to make, wasn't it? That had succeeded, so why the intent to kill more people?

Character mistake: In the court scene Clyde mentions a case, Day v McDonough docket number 04-1325. This is a real case, but the docket number is 04-1324.

Clyde Shelton: My wife and daughter can't feel anything. They're dead.
Trivia: The same cemetery seen here was also used in Transformers.
