Continuity mistake: Graham is on the bed as it comes crashing down the stairs. He proceeds to disappear, reappear, disappear in the group shot and then finally reappears once again. (00:26:35)
Visible crew/equipment: When a very powerful gust of wind blows Jack out of the castle, a support wire can be seen attached to him.
Other mistake: When Jack stumbles into the wrong bedroom, he witnesses Mary's murder twice. Later, Mary reveals that she gets murdered only once every night.
Mrs. Plunkett: Your father's so worried, he's tearing his hair out.
Peter Plunkett: Mother, father has been dead for a decade.
Mrs. Plunkett: And what about your grandmother? How do you think she feels?
Peter Plunkett: Mother, grandmother is dead too.
Mrs. Plunkett: She's still upset.
Question: What did Mary mean when she told Jack that Martin squished?
Answer: I think she was inferring he had "wet farts." We hear him passing gas, but if it was more... depository than that, it would definitely be more genteel to say he "squished..."
Answer: She was referring to his habit of excessively passing gas (farting) He can be heard doing this early in the film, even though he is a ghost.
