Kindergarten Cop

Other mistake: The toy store manager has his assistant gift wrap an empty box. The race car set is still on the table fully assembled.

Suggested correction: The manager brings the box to the counter and tells the assistant to gift wrap the box, but we don't actually see what happens in the store after Crisp leaves. There is no indication how much time has passed. It is plausible that the manager brought the box to the assistant and told them to gift wrap it, but that the assistant knows they will also have to disassemble the toy and put it in the box first. We don't ever see the car set still in the window after the customer leaves so we can't assume the assistant wrapped an empty box.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Phoebe is interrogating Cindy, Cindy refuses to testify or identify Crisp in the line up. She then tries to leave the interrogation room, but it's locked. When the interrogation is over, we see that Phoebe opens the same door without any problems, or anyone opening it from the outside. (00:08:38)

Suggested correction: We see the door from the outside when Phoebe opens it from the inside, so it's possible that she unlocked it with a key before opening it.

Continuity mistake: In the beginning of the film, Kimble and O'Hara are driving. She suddenly gets really sick, so Kimble stops the car so she can get out. She runs and then throws up. When she comes back to the car, she trips on a log that was never there before. (00:19:45)

Trivia: When Kimble carries Phoebe into the motel, he says two short sentences in German (the only time Arnie can be heard speaking his native tongue in a movie.). For interest, these mean: "That makes me stinking mad. Now I'm mad."

Question: Why does Zack have bruises everywhere on his body, also, why does his mom lie about it?

Answer: Because he's being abused by his father. As explained in the movie the father beats him and his mother as well. So she has to lie about Zack's black and blue marks. In one scene the mother explains Mr. Kimble that the father is undergoing therapy. He says that if it happens again he will report it. As Zack shows bruises again, Arnold's character goes out and beats Zack's father.
