A new kickboxing organization is formed by Mr. Negaal who killed a man in the ring years ago. When kickboxing champions around the world decline to join this organization, they are killed. Starting with David Sloan. Matt Reeves a former champion trains his friend Johnny to win the championship, but is killed when he refuses to join the Negaal Kickboxing Federation.
