Continuity mistake: In the airport when Nicholas goes, Dr. Junju gives him his jacket, but later Dr. Junju is wearing the jacket again.

Correction: Who says they didn't notice? They are doing what hostages do, keeping their heads down, and minding their own business. Given the fact that there are mad men running around with machine guns, it is not unreasonable that they would be more concerned about their own lives. Not to mention, once the plane is taking off, look at the other passengers, they all stare at him. Especially the woman who is sitting behind him. It is fair to say they did notice, but what could they do to help him? Nothing.
