Character mistake: Since the Book of Revelation ends with Satan being defeated, Damien and his followers should be aware of this. That's why it makes no sense that they keep quoting from Revelation since it ends up spelling their demise (it does not predict that the Anti-Christ will destroy the earth as they keep claiming).
Omen III: The Final Conflict (1981)
Ending / spoiler
Directed by: Graham Baker
Starring: Sam Neill, Don Gordon, Rossano Brazzi, Lisa Harrow
Kate kills Damien (Sam Neill) with one of the daggers after he uses her son as a shield when he is attacked by one of the priests. Before dying, Damien sees an angelic figure in the sky and says "Nazarene, you have won... Nothing." The final scene is the head priest with Kate's son in his arms and passages from the Book of Revelation appear on screen.
Alex
Damien Thorn: Nazarene, you have won... nothing.
Question: It is implied that Satan and the forces of evil are always watching out for Damien so that when anybody gets anywhere near to hurting him they invariably meet a very sticky end. So how is it that, at the end of the film, Kate Reynolds is able to stab Damien to death with such apparent ease when all previous efforts to kill him have failed so dismally?

Answer: Damien states at one point that as the birth of the Nazarene gets closer, his strength fades accordingly. Presumably this also applies to any forces assisting him.
