Avatar kills Blackwolf by shooting him. Blackwolf's castle crumbles to the ground and the film projector is destroyed. Blackwolf's troops run away and the battle is over. Avatar and Elinore decide to start a new kingdom somewhere else. Elinore tells Weehawk to go back to Montagar and take over as ruler.
