Monster House (2006)

Continuity mistake: When the little girl is riding on her tricycle past the monster house there is one "keep away" sign on the lawn. When DJ and Chowder first walk up to the monster house a second sign has appeared.

Jenny: Are you guys mentally challenged? Because if you are, I'm licensed to teach you baseball.

Trivia: Stay tuned during the credits, there is a scene with the police officers and the dog that get eaten by the house.
