Ending / spoiler

(3 votes)

David Greenhill (Don Johnson) is indeed guilty of murdering his wife by throwing her out of the window. Attorney Jennifer Haines (Rebecca DeMornay) reluctantly gets him acquitted. After the trial, David ambushes Moe, who had evidence that showed his guilt and sets his office on fire with him in it. When Jennifer confronts him about it on a high storey corridor, he tries to throw her over a balcony they are standing on. Only for her to grab hold of his tie eventually over balancing him and they fall together. As they fall, she twists them so that she is able to land on him. She survives. He dies with a smirk on his face.

Continuity mistake: You can clearly see the blood packet underneath his head right before he hits the ground.
