Continuity mistake: During the bar scene in Mexico when Pierce and Greg first meet, Pierce lights a cigarette, then puts it in his mouth. The camera cuts away right as he's putting the cigarette to his lips, but in the very next shot of him, (a close-up), there is no cigarette, and his mouth is closed.
