In 1950's LA, two Irish brothers, a cop and a priest, deal with their own corruption. The cop with bribes & coverups at the station house, the priest with his job of helping the Bishop manipulate and coverup dirty dealing at the Diocese. In the midst of this come a grisly murder reminiscent of the "Black Dahlia".
