Hai then stands up, and he and Ricky are suddenly meters apart. Ricky cannot be seen on-screen, but a couple meters of ground can be seen in front of Hai, so the distance between the two has changed. Continuity mistake: After revealing Hai's body to Sa, Tarzan points to a back tattoo that belonged to Hai that is stuck to the wall, pointing with his right hand. After asking him if he thinks he should avenge his death, Tarzan begins to lower his right arm. At the end of the shot, Tarzan's arm is still raised slightly, but in the next shot, his arm is lowered completely. (00:45:30)

Continuity mistake: When the warden's car pulls over at the prison, the car stops where the back right hand side tyre is positioned a foot or two away from the red carpet. In a close-up shot of the warden getting out, the car is suddenly much closer to the red carpet. (00:56:17)

Continuity mistake: When the warden's son begins walking down the red carpet and trips up, the shadows of the prison guards can be seen cast on the carpet. When the assistant warden goes to help him up a few seconds later, the shadows of the guards have disappeared from the carpet. (00:56:58)

Continuity mistake: When Ricky retaliates after Tarzan tries to squeeze his head through the jail cell bars, there is some blood shown on his face. A couple seconds later, just after he punches Tarzan's arm, there is drastically much more blood on his face. (01:02:10)

Continuity mistake: When Ricky's girlfriend jumps off the roof, her body is positioned so that her legs are facing towards the building, but when she falls to the ground in the next shot, her body is suddenly facing the opposite direction, as we can see her legs are facing away from the building. Continuity mistake: When Ricky punches the drug lord in the side of the head, whilst the drug lord begins to fall over after Ricky punches him, there are no visible injuries shown on his head. When the drug lord is shown on the ground in the next shot, there is a huge wound and lots of blood on the side of his head that would have been visible in the previous shot. (01:12:25)

Continuity mistake: Wong Chun stuffs a load of razors in Ricky's mouth and begins hitting him. After the warden asks Ricky a question and Wong Chun stops hitting him for a moment, we can see that Ricky's left cheek looks fine (aside from the blood running down his head). In the next shot, the razors are suddenly sticking out of his cheeks that were not there in the previous shot. (01:16:27)

Continuity mistake: When Ricky is being tortured by the warden, after the warden removes the tape covering his mouth, Ricky spits out some blood as many of the razors inside his mouth. The razors that were shown sticking out of his cheeks are not shown moving, but after it cuts to the warden with some of the razors stuck to his face, the shot cuts back to Ricky and the razors in his cheeks are no longer there. Even the ones that weren't shown being spat out. (01:16:40)

Continuity mistake: When the assistant warden and the bald inmate are walking down the corridor towards the end, two inmates from inside their cells put their hands on the bars of the cell doors to see what is happening. The inmate standing on the left has both of his hands on the bars and the inmate standing on the right has both hands on the row of bars positioned below where the inmate standing on the left has his hands. When the camera changes angles, the inmate standing on the left no longer has his hands on the bars and the inmate standing on the right now has his hands positioned on two separate rows of bars. Continuity mistake: When the assistant warden starts searching Ricky's cell, he opens the two doors to the toilet stall to see if he is in there. Whilst Ricky jumps down from the ceiling, the assistant warden has the left door on the toilet stall held open and the right door on the toilet stall closed. When he notices Ricky in the next shot, the left door on the toilet stall is now closed and the right door on the toilet stall is now wide open. (01:19:09)

Continuity mistake: When the inmates are cornering the assistant warden, he begins to walk down the stairs in a wide shot, with his left arm lowered. In the next shot, he is suddenly waving his left arm in the air. (01:20:10)

Continuity mistake: When the assistant warden falls down the stairs whilst being confronted by the inmates, in one shot his body is rotated towards the left and is face to face with some inmates nearest to the staircase. When the camera changes angles, his body is more rotated to the right and is now directly facing the staircase bannister to be face to face with more of the inmates. (01:20:16)

Continuity mistake: When the armoured guards appear, a guard holding a mace attempts to swing it at Ricky whilst he jumps from a staircase. In the shot of Ricky jumping down from the staircase, he is holding his shield so that it is positioned away from him, but in the next shot, the guard suddenly has his protective shield directly in front of him. (01:20:49)

Revealing mistake: When the elderly inmate is pushed over by the other prisoners, a wooden train he made falls out of his clothing. It can be noticed that the man is just holding the train in his hand whilst falling and drops it when he lands on the ground to make it appear as if it fell out of his clothing. He was not meant to be holding the train as it was not shown being held in his hand at any previous point. (00:07:25)
