Visible crew/equipment: When John is playing the piano, after the door opens by itself in the music room, there is a shot that revolves around him. If you look in the large mirror in front of the piano you can see the pole of the boom microphone reflected (behind the chandelier). (00:19:21)

Now, we all know it's not raining outside, and unless there's a fire in some other part of the building that we don't know about, there's an awful lot of people here with nothing better to do.
Trivia: Martin Scorsese called "The Changeling" one of the eleven scariest movies ever made in a list he published.
