Crystal Gerrity's baby is Stone's newborn son, Harry Zara murdered Stone because Napoleon was onto exposing the scandelous demise of one of Harry's clients; Senator Marquand of a drug overdose. Harry decides to cut his losess and dispose of Crystal, her child, her mate, Annie and Jack Mooney when he shows up looking for Crystal and her offspring. He arrives far too late to save Annie (she is forceably overdosed) but with Stone's supernatural he rescues Crystal and Stone's son whilst disposing of Harry's gun men before setting his sights on finding Harry who's waiting in ambush. Despite suffering further heart complications, Jack manages to blow Harry away due to his (Harry's) mobile giving away his position.As the film ends, we see Jack has married Crystal, been reinstated as a detective sergant and has reunited Archimedes with his nephew and Mrs. Stone with her grandson.A snapshot at the wedding still shows that Napoleon Stone isn't very far away from his family...or for that matter Jack.
