Continuity mistake: The conspiracy theory guy walks with the guy who has lost his friend. When they are walking, conspiracy guy has a Bloody Mary or tomato juice drink. When he is at the house and turns, it is then a chocolate milk.

Disgruntled Grad Student: Every action is a positive action, even if it has a negative result.

Trivia: At the end of the credits it says "This story was based on fact. Any similarities with fictional events or characters is entirely coincidental."
