Continuity mistake: In the scene where Trish gets shot in the head by Vic, she falls backwards onto a bed and lands inbetween two duffel bags. When Jack looks over to her, the camera shows her again, and the bag that was at her right is no longer there.

Victor (John Leguizamo) finds Jack (Peter Sarsgaard) in Miami and kills him and Trish (Denise Richards). Victor, his wife (Carmen) and mother in law go to Puerto Rico to start a new life. Victor receives a call that his wife is going to deliver a baby but as he's about to head to the hospital, he's killed by La Colombiana's brother (Rafael).
