Directed by: Melville Shavelson
Starring: Henry Fonda, Tim Matheson, Lucille Ball, Van Johnson, Tom Bosley, Louise Troy
Plot hole: In the scene after Frank talks to Helen in the dispensary about Louise, Frank decides to look Helen up in the phone book and ask her to dinner. Considering Helen had only recently moved to San Francisco, it's amazing how quickly she became listed.
Helen North: That was a wonderful dinner, I enjoyed all eight courses.
Frank Beardsley: So did I.
Helen North: And speaking of children.
Frank Beardsley: We weren't speaking of children.
Helen North: We weren't? Oh thank goodness.
Trivia: Tim Matheson (Mike) and Jennifer Leak (Colleen) later married after meeting on the set of the movie.
