Revealing mistake: When the Rangers kick Oozemen's ass, the pink Ranger starts off with the "You guys make me sick sick sick -kick". While all Rangers are fighting, the blue one is just standing still next to the camera. You can see his shoe in the in the lower right corner waiting for his entrance.
Continuity mistake: At the end of the first scene (skydiving) Bulk and Skull land in a construction site. A worker goes over to them and starts talking. At this time the guys still have their parachutes on. It then cuts to the worker and back to them and not only are the parachutes off, they are nowhere to be seen.
Factual error: Various Sydney landmarks can be seen throughout the movie (although the Centrepoint Tower and the Monorail play major roles). There are also some cars that have right-hand steering wheels despite the story being set in California, and some Australian model traffic lights (foot-long black cover with a grey pole) can be seen when the Scorpion bot destroys a car in front of the rangers.
Continuity mistake: During the fight scene with the Ooze men, Rocky (Red Ranger) and Adam (Black Ranger) jump down to a lower level of the parking structure landing with Rocky at the left of the screen and Adam on the right. Soon after, several Oozemen jump after them, but when they land Rocky and Adam have switched sides.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where the rangers are reviving Zordon, they set their helmets directly in front of them, but when they move around Zordon's platform, the helmets seem to have followed them. Then when the emblems are coming out, the helmets have disappeared. After they move back together, the helmets have moved back.

Continuity mistake: Near the end, when the Ninjazords begin to combine, you can see the Wolfzord (right arm) and Apezord (left arm) attach to the Bearzord (chest section), in this process you can see that the Cranezord (head section) is already attached but in the next shot it comes in for attachment.
Continuity mistake: During the ninja battle against the rock monsters, Tommy swings on a vine over to Kimberly and kicks the beast away from her. If you watch closely Tommy kicks the monster with his back to the screen but in the close up shot of him kicking the monster, his foot is facing towards the screen meaning his body switched sides.
Continuity mistake: When Fred's father pulls into his driveway, you can see the raised part of the dashboard where the steering wheel, odometers and such sit, on the lower right side of the windshield. Then when he gets out of the car, he climbs out of the left side and you can see there's no steering wheel there.

Revealing mistake: In the scene where the morphed Red and Black ranger fight the ooze-men, the red ranger does a "tornado-kick" right before Adam says "rocky behind you.". In the middle of the tornado-kick there was an obvious edit of the shot. The oozeman suddenly is a few steps back and the camera seems to have repositioned. This bad cut was more noticable in the vhs-release.
Continuity mistake: When Ivan is showing off his ooze to the kids, we see a shot of the kids from the back and there is a girl with a cap covered in numbers. Behind her slightly is Fred in a white shirt and black cap that is on backwards. When we see the kids from Ivan's point of view, the kids have moved. Fred isn't by the girl anymore but is at the back in the centre of the crowd.
Other mistake: At the end of the fight scene with the ooze men in the construction site we see the rangers flip in the air to regroup. Watch closely at the left hand side of the screen. There is some steam or smoke in the air which we see completely disappear instantly as Adam is going through the air. It doesn't dissipate into the air, it just vanishes.
Revealing mistake: When the Rangers de-morph we see them looking at their hands and bodies. However, when the actual suit disappears, their hands, arm and even heads are in different places. This is really noticeable with Billy. His suited hand and unsuited hand, while the same hand, are about a foot apart.
