Continuity mistake: In the tanker, the girl and the CIA guy are bound to the chairs. When the tanker is jolted and every person gets pushed away, the girl's hands come loose, as her chair is thrown. Yet in the next shot both her hands are tied again.

Other mistake: In the beginning of the movie, the Russians are watching the race. Some of them are sitting in a van and getting commands in Russian. One of them says "Ed' tuda", (Drive there). That should be "Ezjaj tuda".

Continuity mistake: Jean-Claude Van Damme drives his white car out of a carpark building, lands on the roof of a truck, next the car flips on a pile of water containers, and flips once again to land back on its wheels. While doing this stunt, the car is severely damaged and you can clearly see that the wheels get bent in a way making any more driving impossible. Yet, in the next shot JC Van Damme drives off with perfectly straight wheels on his white car.

Continuity mistake: Toward the end of the film, the CIA boss gets a vial of acid thrown at his left arm, but for the rest of the film, it shows the acid burn and injuries on his right arm.

Revealing mistake: After the boat chase at the beginning, when the police officer turns the dead 'Sergi' over, you can see 'Sergi' lifting himself up with his hand on a rock before turning over. (00:04:00)
