Factual error: General Woodbridge's rank insignia should be a four stars as a single piece. Instead they used four one-star insignias. (00:16:59)

Factual error: When the Delta Force lands on a beach, prior to their assault, their landing craft is lit up like a christmas tree. The commandos wear dark uniforms and have blackened their faces, but they also carry bright white ropes around their chests. Some of them are scuba-divers, wearing yellow oxygen-tanks. In short, in the real world they would have been spotted within minutes.

Factual error: During the shootout and chase when McCoy and Pete are in the white van, Chuck seems to fire at least a hundred rounds if not more from his uzi before reloading another clip. Real uzis hold SIGNIFICANTLY less ammo in their clip.

Factual error: Although the Delta Force doesn't wear American patches because they 'work in the dark', the American Flag patch is facing the wrong way. It is supposed to have the stripes facing towards the back, as it symbolizes they they are not retreating.

Factual error: Army utility covers (camouflage field hats) are round on top. They are wearing octagon shaped tops (8 points, 8 edges), which are actually Marines uniform covers. (or Navy).

Factual error: Although the Delta Force doesn't wear American patches because they 'work in the dark', the American Flag patch is facing the wrong way. It is supposed to have the stripes facing towards the back, as it symbolizes they they are not retreating.
