Continuity mistake: When Kaiba and Mokuba leave after defeating Anubis, Pegasus can be seen standing slightly ahead of Solomon. When the shot cuts, Pegasus is standing behind Solomon. (01:21:47)

Continuity mistake: When Pegasus is tending to Joey, Tristan and Tea, his aide has his left hand placed on the floor. In the next shot, the aide has his left hand placed on Joey's shoulder so that he can lay him against the wall. (01:04:45)
Continuity mistake: When Anubis makes himself known to Kaiba, in the shot of Anubis saying "I have been here the whole time, mortal, whispering in your ear," Kaiba has his right forearm raised slightly, but when the shot cuts to focus on Kaiba, his right forearm is lowered. (01:06:51)
Continuity mistake: When Yugi's life points go down to 100, the shot pans over to Pegasus, Mokuba, and Solomon standing behind a handrail. Mokuba and Solomon have their hands positioned above the handrail. But in a closer shot of them, their hands are placed directly on the handrail. (01:10:07)

His thumb is under the card when he lands on the floor, but when the shot cuts, his thumb is on top of the card.
