Visible crew/equipment: When Slim is at the house to drive Henry's wife and daughter from Columbus to the Valley, Slim shuts the car's passenger door, and the reflection of the camera and its operator (wearing a baseball cap) becomes visible on the car's window. Then, with Slim behind the wheel driving in reverse, we can see on the car's surface (part not covered by their dulling spray) the reflections of the production truck with its equipment, location lighting, crew members, and the camera dolly.
