Deliberate mistake: It's very likely deliberate, but at the end of the movie, Lorne and Rosie are asked by the production which last name Rosie should be credited as, "Michaels" or "Shuster." They pick Shuster. In the actual show, she is credited as Rosie Michaels. (01:37:50)

Continuity mistake: When a frustrated Lorne Michaels starts tearing apart the overcrowded board with too many sketches, in the first shot he claws out the lower half of the leftmost column, below "Commercial #1." In the next shot, though, the board is still fully stocked with post-it notes, and he tears them down in a different order. (01:13:30)
