Continuity mistake: A truck crashes against an ambulance, and both stop 2 meters before where a tree is. From an aerial angle, they're both 20 meters ahead from the tree.
Continuity mistake: Cassie is doing CPR on O'Neil and his head is facing upwards. Shot changes when a paramedic arrives and places a bag on the floor. Then for a brief moment O'neil is facing sideways. Shot changes to the first angle with him facing upwards and now the paramedic bag is gone.
Factual error: Though the movie is set in 2003, in the subway, there's a guy playing with a PSP, which didn't come out until December 2024.
Continuity mistake: When Cassie meets Santiago, she is grabbing her notebook with her left hand. A shot later, she is pressing it against her breast.
Continuity mistake: In the diner, after the waitress hands the menus, Mattie drops her backpack twice.
Continuity mistake: After surviving from drowning in the river, Cassandra has a blanket over her back. The blanket is covering her forearm or not, depending on the shot.
