Continuity mistake: When Jackson is shot with shotgun he "flies" across the bathroom, hits the wall, and falls into the tub on his right side with his left leg on top of the tub and leaning to right. Next shot he is on his back. (00:26:25)
Continuity mistake: When Samuel L is chased into the bathroom and shot his attacker is wearing dark footwear, but in the recap the attacker lands in the tub wearing white tennis shoes.
Other mistake: In the kitchen fight scene Maggie Q's weapon fires on automatic (without a magazine) when she is knocked to the floor by Michael K, but when she jumps over the table her weapon is and fires as a shotgun.
Suggested correction: She always has a shotgun, her weapon doesn't change.
