Continuity mistake: Sofren looks at his rivals, presented by the writing as scholars from Copenhagen. They are sitting on two benches outside, and the suitcase is directly under the sunlight. A mere moment later he approaches them, and that whole corner is in the shade. The light changes again radically throughout the whole trial scene. (00:04:15)
