Continuity mistake: In one scene after Hutch is beaten up on the bus, he has no facial injuries. Then in the next scene, they are back.
Continuity mistake: When Hutch is drinking from the flask he screws the cap back on. In the next shot the cap is off.
Continuity mistake: RZA is first seen using a bolt action rifle in a left-handed configuration but in later shots the rifle is right-handed. Continuity mistake: When Hutch kicks open the door at the couples house, it changes color and style in the next scene.
Suggested correction: If you're talking about the couple that robbed him, Hutch never kicked any door open. The couple lives in an enclosed apartment building and when he leaves, he goes to open their front door (which would lead to a hallway). When the shot changes, he's now exiting the apartment building itself (which leads to the outside). So it's a different door.
Continuity mistake: When the Russians drive up to the house, they are in a van and 2 sedans. They leave in the sedan that he crashes. When they leave, the van is gone. (00:48:14 - 00:50:47)
Continuity mistake: When the camera pans across the back of the police car you see it has blue lights on the top light bar. In the next shot it has all yellow lights.
