Continuity mistake: In more than one scene, the roads were wet from recent rain yet cars stayed free of splash marks. When Quinn parks outside her home, the streets are wet, but when she opens the door to go inside, a view from inside the house does not show any wet pavement. (00:14:46)

Other mistake: Quinn took her sister to the emergency room to get her puncture wound to the abdomen treated, and they did not have to wait one second, register and provide proof of insurance, etc. Even if Quinn had been employed there as a nurse, emergency rooms have procedures to follow. Continuity mistake: According to the countdown, Jordan has less time to live (about 3 minutes) than Quinn, which makes the whole end with the morphine pointless. (01:09:00)

Character mistake: Quinn told Dr. Sullivan there was "enough [morphine in the syringe] to kill you three times." If this was true (as opposed to Quinn just saying that as a scare tactic), her failure to take three vials of the antidote Narcan was a fatal error - and she only took one dose. Moreover, even if one dose was enough to counteract the morphine and get her to breathe normally, there was always a possibility that another dose or so can be needed. It is worth mentioning that it is quite a handy "coincidence" that vials of Narcan were readily available in the closed wing of the hospital. (01:12:28)

Other mistake: Jordan was violently thrown through the glass window on a door yet only suffered relatively minor cuts to her face plus her jacket did not have any snags, tears/rips, or evidence of being thrown through a glass window. (01:16:32)

Factual error: Narcan is an antidote to opiate overdose, but it is NOT an antidote to death, so the well-after-the-fact administration of Narcan would not enable Quinn to "rise from the dead." Under the right conditions, death can be prevented; life cannot be restored after being dead for too long. I'm no expert on Narcan, but it is my understanding that it can help restore breathing, not make a very dead person breath again. It must be administered in time, takes 2-3 minutes to work, and CPR should be given until the Narcan takes effect. Quinn was dead for too long to be revived like she was in the movie. (01:18:20)

Factual error: Towards the end, Quinn injects herself with a syringe full of Morphine to try and kill herself. She's dead in seconds. This does not act nearly that fast. Especially from injecting it in her arm.

Quantom X

Character mistake: When they're making the protection circle they make a star of David and not a pentagram, 6 points in a star vs 5 points.

Suggested correction: I don't think there was anything in the movie that dictated a pentagram had to be used. In the book of protection rituals they were using, the particular ritual showed a picture of the star of David they needed to create, so that's what they used (plus salt).

To add to the correction, what the mistake refers to as "Star of David" is a hexagram and the use of hexagrams in the occult are not uncommon. You can find salt protection circles that use the hexagram.

Bishop73

Trivia: The movie is not over after Quinn visits her mother's grave and sees the new Countdown App message on her phone. After the song and some credits, there's another short scene. (01:12:28 - 01:20:57)
