Continuity mistake: When Mr. Dingle walks past all the other prospect tenants for the apartment, the young fella at the top of the stairs on the right is holding his newspaper in 3 different ways in separate consecutive shots. Not just that: the No Vacancy sign Dingle hung on the letterbox is tilted differently in separate shots. (00:04:30)
