Character mistake: When 47 is leaving the embassy a marine asks him if anything is wrong. 47 is wearing sergeant's stripes. Marines do not call sergeants sir.

Factual error: In the fighting scene in U-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz the underground trains move much faster than in real world. Alexanderplatz is a railhead station. The trains would either crash into a wall or would not have enough room to accelerate that fast.
John Smith: I want you to know, I'm a big fan of your work, 47. It's an honor to meet a legend.
Agent 47: I thought you could only be a legend after you are dead.
John Smith: Oh, but you are. You just don't know it yet.
