Factual error: Near the end of the helicopter scene Jenko pulls the pin of a grenade with his teeth before he throws it. It is not possible to pull a grenade pin with your teeth as it requires more force than that.

Continuity mistake: In the beginning when Morton and Greg meet the drug dealers at the harbor, look at the big rig that is hooked up to the trailer. In the first few shots the truck brand is a Volvo, then when the truck drives away, it's an International.
Trivia: The Vietnamese Jesus in Schmidt and Jenko's hallucination is played by Dustin Nguyen, who also played Harry Truman Ioki in the original 21 Jump Street TV series.
