Big Ben is publically exposed live on TV for the scumbag he is during which he moons the camera...so long being the next mayor. 'Little' Ben Healy rescues Junior from Martin Beck (Michael Richards) and Junior ceases to play pranks but only ones not concerning his foster dad. Flo Healy ends up trapped in a suitcase with only a farting pig for company in a truck.
