Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the video call, Emily's camera is aimed directly in front of a large branch/tree trunk that has fallen horizontally. As she scans the log-like branch, Sam's phone shows all upright trees. Even allowing for a reception delay, Sam's phone never shows the log. Continuity mistake: [Story 4: The Good Word] The bar of soap is propped against the side of the washbasin, and Mr. Taggart is drying his hands with a towel above the basin. He lowers his hands and continues drying them, but the soap is now setting flat on the table, inches away from the basin. (01:20:10)
Continuity mistake: The front view of the desk shows a few neatly arranged and parallel piles of papers, but the view from the desk's chair shows the piles non-aligned and the highest pile (thick file folder) more askew than the others. None of the men are touching the papers. (00:07:30)
Continuity mistake: Wingate pours two whisky glasses almost half-full. He pushes one glass across the table to Stubb, and the glass has less than half as much whisky in it. Wingate's glass - now closer to him - appears to have a little more than he poured into the glass. (00:22:15)
Continuity mistake: The wall clock is at approximately 10:27 and advances to about 10:43, then returns to 10:27. During Keith's 5-second countdown for Michelle to go back on air, the clock jumps from 10:27 to 10:43. (00:01:50 - 00:03:07)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the stampede, as the barriers fall, a woman can be seen falling with them. The camera cuts to an overhead view and she's no longer there as the crowd surges forward.
Continuity mistake: The yellow box, blue mailbox, and blue SUV along the kerb are at different distances behind Chris, with all further away when he turns around to "move on to the next crime scene." (00:01:45 - 00:02:30)
Continuity mistake: Vicente parks his truck almost to the crosswalk (which extends onto the perpendicular road) and close to the stop sign. He walks along the perpendicular road to the liquor store. Vicente is returning to his truck and turning to the right to go behind the building, but his truck and the stop sign should be several feet straight ahead. Also, the crosswalk no longer extends onto the perpendicular road. (00:00:58 - 00:02:18)
Continuity mistake: The trees show through the front windows of the house largely have green leaves with subtle signs of starting to transition for autumn. Panning to the back windows, the trees have a distinct, more uniform orange tint (which cannot be attributed to the sun setting behind them). Returning to the front windows, the tree foliage is more fall-like, similar to the orange foliage in the backyard. (00:00:24)
Continuity mistake: Alberto and Alan are walking along a flat road between rows of houses. Alan looks up the road to see where his father "disappears to" and the road ahead is composed of arches along an upgrade. Alan continues running, but not very far, and suddenly there are grades in front and back of him, but the road is flat in the distant (somewhat aerial) view. After Alan runs a little further, the road behind him is arched again. The topography changes too fast and frequently. (00:06:00 - 00:06:50)
Continuity mistake: Willie Gary does not touch his napkin on the table, but the napkin is at various distances to his plate and at various angles. (00:42:20 - 00:45:00)
Continuity mistake: At the hair salon, front views of Amber's long, wavy hair vary, although there is an almost consistent loop of hair that extends from her right ear to her coat's collar. Rear views of Amber's head are consistently flat and do not show the loop of hair. (00:21:40 - 00:22:07)
Continuity mistake: Hera takes a sip of coffee, holding the Styrofoam cup in her right hand, but suddenly holds the cup - still at her mouth - in her left hand. (00:05:52)
Continuity mistake: Only Rebecca's left breast is exposed when she is being bitten on the neck. However, both breasts (as well as her right shoulder) are exposed after her attacker is beheaded. She opens her eyes and continues lying on the floor. (00:06:43 - 00:07:05)
Continuity mistake: Before "The Bailiff" shocks Killjoy in the chair, the skin above Killjoy's left lip is visible, not painted solid white like the rest of his face. Going down the elevator, that section of his mouth is uniformly painted white. (00:20:55 - 00:22:32)
Continuity mistake: "Gramms" (Maggie Westmoreland) lifts her cup of coffee using both hands and takes a sip. By the time she lowers her cup to the table, her glass of water goes from over half-full to less than half-full. Nobody refills the glass, but it is back to over half-full. Thereafter, the level of water in the glass alternates after almost every view of Tracey. (00:02:05)
Continuity mistake: Lily has 4-5 stacked pancakes on her plate, including a half-eaten one on top. After she pours syrup on the stack, there are suddenly 7-8 pancakes, arranged differently. Lily may have time to cut 1-2 pancakes into pieces, but nobody is close enough to the table to add any pancakes to account for the increase. (00:04:40 - 00:05:03)
Continuity mistake: The table runner covers the corner of the nightstand and extends 1-2" across the front side. There are notebooks on the opposite side of the shelf below the tabletop. A side view shows the table runner a couple more inches across the front and drapes outward. Only the far corner of the green notebook is visible, but the table runner cannot obstruct that much of a view of the shelf. (00:03:35)
