Episode #1.4 - S1-E4
Visible crew/equipment: When Lee is being interrogated, at one point (after the detective says "Are you crazy?") the detective walks towards the large two-way mirror and you can see a clear reflection of a cameraman in the lower part of the mirror. (00:27:31)

Character mistake: The Enterprise is targeted by projectiles from the planet. Spock identifies them as "plasma torpedoes", and Captain Pike reacts with surprise; "Plasma torpedoes? That's 21st century tech" and from that they all establish that the civilization they contacted is not yet capable of warp drive. Plasma torpedoes are the main weaponry of the Romulans centuries later, and Earth itself did acquire warp drive in the 21st century, so this claim and deduction don't seem to add up. (00:22:15)

Factual error: The bad guy tells the townsfolk to 'Get out of Dodge.' Not a saying used in 1879, despite Dodge City being a real place. In fact by this time Dodge City was no more violent than many other places, so it wouldn't have been used as a direct comparison either. There's no record of this specific phrase being used until Gunsmoke, in 1955.

The Family - S1-E6
Character mistake: The pharmacist says she's sorry, but they don't have the drug Lamotrigine in stock, so would the generic be okay?Lamotrigine is already the generic form of the drug Lamictal. (00:28:23)

Revealing mistake: When Jen is at the cash bar and keeps putting money down, it's the same shot used multiple times since it's the same serial number on the $5. And in one shot they flipped the image to make it look different (you can see the "5" is a reverse image).

Green Juice - S1-E3
Factual error: The CBP officers are using handheld metal detectors to conduct a pat down search. CBP have never used them as all pat down searches are done by the officers using their hands. (00:01:24)

Character mistake: In Season 3, Episode 10 (Careers), Leonard admits to being a beginner at bicycling. Then, he proves it by having his helmet mirror on the wrong side.

Episode #1.2 - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: When Yoo-hee is looking at photos on her phone, in one shot, she is shown zooming in on a photo. When this happens, her little finger is placed against the bottom of her phone. In the next shot, her little finger is placed against the side of her phone. (00:16:17)

The Gloaming - S1-E6

Continuity mistake: Towards the end of the episode, when Ted is in the remote shed, he is shot by an older woman with a shotgun. The blast is shown a second or two later in an exterior view.

Factual error: The police car used in this programme, which is set in the early 1960s, is an Austin 1100 Mark 2. However, the Austin 1100 Mark 2 did not start production until 1967.

Deliberate mistake: When the young kid breaks out of Jeff's apartment, the ladies freak out that he's naked, when he's wearing black underwear. And then shortly after they shriek to police that he was buck naked when he wasn't.

Continuity mistake: Obi-Wan Kenobi exposes Haja Estree. He asks for his help. When he hastily says "Yeah I'll do it!" Kumail Nanjiani's right hand is curled in a loose fist or fully opened, back and forth as camera angles switch. (00:08:25)

Factual error: The British Army soldiers are not wearing British Army uniforms or carrying British Army weapons and some of them have beards, which are not permitted to British Army soldiers.

Factual error: Gordon Liddy is in federal prison and in solitary confinement, and he is still wearing his gold wedding band. (00:29:36)
Factual error: In a scene set in March 1968, after Tammy Wynette finishes recording "D-I-V-O-R-C-E," George Richey introduces himself to George Jones as the musical director of "Hee Haw." John Aylesworth and Frank Peppiatt created the "Hee Haw" series in 1969.
Revealing mistake: Becca attempts to break the window with a microwave, which she drops and it lands on her foot. However, the microwave doesn't appear to land on her foot at all. Becca's feet are positioned on the pavement next to the door, whereas the microwave is shown landing on the grass.

Factual error: Jake and Miyamoto go to an establishment where there are girls dancing on stage. The girls are first dancing to "Motivation" by Kelly Rowland, released in 2011, and "Aly Walk With Me" by The Raveonettes, released in 2007. But, this scene takes place in 1999.
