Factual error: Charlie gives Kaz a flare gun to shoot a shark in the mouth underwater. She manages to fire it underwater and the flare travels several meters. It is impossible for a flare gun to activate underwater. And if the flare was fired into the water it will only travel one or two feet. (01:13:00 - 01:18:00)
Continuity mistake: In the initial view of Billy in the tree ("saved for later" by the leopard sleeping on another branch), his head is hanging face up alongside a tree branch as wide as his head. When the camera zooms in showing the middle of Billy's face, the left side of the screen should be all brown, representing the branch. Instead, there is blue sky down to his eye and blurred tan/brown representing the branch. The brown might supposed to be the dried grass, but Billy has not moved his head. (00:51:25)
Continuity mistake: Before Jen gets on the yacht, Aileen's green halter strap can be seen because the left side of her hair is on or over her shoulder. When Jen gets on board, Aileen's hair is in front, covering up the green strap. The camera shifts when Lewis is hugging Jen and Aileen's green strap is visible again with the left side of her hair behind her. There is no noticeable wind and Eileen is standing in the same place. Plot hole: Elias detonates the fuel tank on the plane causing it to completely combust. He previously used the detonator they needed to blow the airplane door. Before this all happened they were supposed to place explosives on the fuel tank which nobody accomplished because they all got killed, but it still exploded. (01:49:00 - 01:52:30)
Other mistake: Grace Lewis shot a man in the head when he was standing less than three feet from her, but Grace did not get any blood splatter on her face or elsewhere. Neither did George Clements, who was standing near both of them. (01:15:03)
Revealing mistake: Based on the size of the dinosaur's back shown behind the 6' high cement enclosure, there is not enough room for the rest of the dinosaur's tail and the enclosure is not high enough to accommodate its neck and head. (00:16:29)
Factual error: Dylan (Scott Eastwood) was in a jail cell yet had a bottle of prescription pills in his pocket. The pills would have been confiscated before he was put in the cell and administered to him on schedule by staff/nurse. (00:28:10)
Revealing mistake: DEA Agent Rick Bowden was already seated "in the best position" before knowing where Ross would sit in the SF library. Chris Tarbell already had a surveillance camera behind the seat Ross chose, giving him a clear view of Ross, also before knowing where Ross was going to sit. Even if there were cameras in other positions, the DEA Agent and Chris Tarbell being at the right spots in advance was too coincidental to be by chance alone. (00:02:09 - 00:02:30)

Other mistake: Packie arrived at Frank's garage on a bicycle, wearing a brown coat, hat, gray hooded sweatshirt, patterned shirt, and a T-shirt. Swaino arrived on a motorcycle, wearing a tight jacket, no hat, black gloves, and black jogging jacket with white trim. When they were outside by the grill, they had large sweaters over their coats. It isn't known where these sweaters came from. It can be assumed the blanket Swaino used at first was from Frank's garage, but the sweaters did not appear to be Frank's. (00:25:32 - 00:37:35)
Plot hole: Diabolik blinks in Morse code to his accomplice the location of one of his hidden stashes. He says it's in 'the third brick to the left' and the street name, but no address or other reference. She (who previously knew nothing about the location) finds it immediately. It's worth noting that the movie is a faithful adaptation of a couple issues of the comic, but this bit of subplot is a fresh addition and the original hiding spot in the 1963 issue was a plausible one (cave behind a specific waterfall).
Continuity mistake: When two officers go to inform Ronald Whitlock (Bruce Willis) about his sons, Ronald shoots his pistol at the Black officer and hits him near his inner right eyebrow. (A large black spot can be seen between his eyebrows.) When the camera shows the dead officer, the black mark is gone and the bullet hole is on his forehead centered about 2" above his left eye. Revealing mistake: The "unnatural seam" (line) across Jimmy's forehead and beyond - as well as the overall appearance of his head - indicates that he is NOT "naturally bald"! His "fake" bald head was not put on nearly as well as those seen in numerous other movies. [The actor playing the character does not have much hair in real life, but he also doesn't have that artifical line across his forehead.]. (00:07:13)
Revealing mistake: There was already a gap in the snow mounds (which looked like a snow sledding path with no fresh tracks) when the "kid" was sledding down the steep hill. (00:02:40)
Factual error: There was a lot of thunder and lightning before the lightning strike that set the barn on fire, but there was no obvious loud thunder AFTER the strike. Lightning can be seen BEFORE the sound of thunder (because lightning travels faster than sound). (00:03:25)
Continuity mistake: A back view of the group of four-wheelers starting out driving through the field showed distinct tire tracks in mostly low, dry brown grass. Various other views showed little or no discernible tire tracks, tall lush green grass, and mixed dry brown and green grass. Even though the four-wheelers appeared to travel some distance, the end of the field that was visible from the onset was just reached. (00:21:35)
Continuity mistake: Joe has 'Rick C' (his partner) listed as a contact in his phone - late on in the movie when Joe calls him from the bathroom stall, he is listed as just "Rick"
Character mistake: Immediately after kissing (through masks) and having close contact with JJ, Valeria removed her protective mask and went to check on her sick/crying child. Valeria was clicking her tongue, kissing her child on the face/head and putting her hands around the child's ears/hair. Valeria did not take appropriate preventive measures for contracting and/or spreading COVID-19. (00:18:40 - 00:19:29)
Continuity mistake: The door had multiple small rectangular glass panes enclosed in wood frames, but the glass pane that Alan Schaefer's head/body went through was larger and no wood frames were visible. (00:40:28)
